At Neighbour, we want you to love every piece you bring home. Please review our shipping and return policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Neighbour pieces. If something doesn’t fit quite right or you don’t absolutely love it, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. In the event of a return, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Exceptions:

All special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must be in their original condition.

Items must be shipped back in their original packaging (if applicable).

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@neighbourmoderne.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Neighbour sale prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and item size.

Orders ship within 72 hours of purchase. However, if the item is larger than what standard parcel delivery services allow, it will be shipped via white glove delivery, which may take longer. White glove delivery includes careful handling and in-home placement to ensure your item arrives safely.

In-store pickup is available and can be selected during checkout.

We currently only ship within the U.S.

Neighbour is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
